Caillan has experience in business analysis and project management, primarily in IT environments in the South Australian public service. Caillan has a successful track record of delivering projects with successful outcomes whilst meeting schedule and cost goals through effective planning, resource management and stakeholder engagement. He has been involved in assessing business impacts and requirements for large scale national IT infrastructure projects and assessing their impacts locally and then crafting recommendations to senior management for decision making.
He has knowledge and experience of project management and business analysis in line with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and PRINCE2 frameworks and has experience working in an Agile environment. Caillan is a skilled communicator and promotes communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders within organizations, and external parties as necessary. Caillan is enthusiastic and diligent with a proven aptitude for grasping new concepts quickly and thriving in a high-pressure environment.
Caillan’s educational background consists of tertiary studies in law, ongoing mentoring in systems thinking and he is currently pursuing formal accreditation in PMBOK
