Jessica is an experienced consultant specialising in business architecture, process reengineering, strategy and program management. She has led various initiatives across a range of industries including banking, local and state government, aged care, justice, defence, tertiary education and mining.
She is skilled in helping clients identify business goals and development of roadmaps to assist them in reaching their aspirations. Jessica is knowledgeable across a range of industry frameworks including Projects In Controlled Environments (PRINCE2), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), the Prosci ADKAR Model FOR Change Management and Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).
Her interests include researching new and emerging technologies for businesses such as Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics, Digital Online Forms and Workflows, and Process Automation.
Jessica’s educational background includes a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Masters in Business Information Systems and PRINCE2 certification.
