Phil Ingerson

Phil has extensive Business and IT Experience:  He has extensive IT industry knowledge assisting organisations to achieve business value from IT based on 45 years of experience in the IT industry, the last 35 as a senior consultant advising private and public sector clients, both large and small.  Phil has practical and up-to-date IT and business strategy, governance, risk and investment knowledge and experience He has executive management experience managing state offices of international consulting firms Deloitte and Andersen Consulting

Phil has entrepreneurship and management experience co-founding and fulfilling the role of Managing Director of IT consulting firm Intec Group for 18 years; Intec became the largest privately owned IT professional services firm in South Australia growing from a start-up to 60 staff and in excess of $10m turnover.

Specific consulting experience and skills in Strategy, Business Case, System Requirements Definition, Feasibility Studies, Project Direction and Management; most recently has researched and consulted in Design Thinking and Digital Innovation.

Phil’s Board experience includes chair of Intec Group, as a member of the Minister’s Information Economy Advisory Board and as Chair of the IT Council of SA; and a member of the School Advisory Board for School of IT and Mathematics at UNISA
