A major tertiary institution has reformed the way that it provides its core University-wide professional services.  One of the divisions which provides these services has recognised that it needs to re-visit its operating model and culture, in order to provide quality services, and reap the benefits of the reforms.  Interface Consultants is helping them work with their customers to define a service delivery model, service standards, and expectations, as well as looking inward to define a supporting culture.
