Local Government

A business unit within a local government authority is going through significant change.  There is a need to strengthen a range of capabilities around performance management, customer service, project management, strategic alignment, business analysis and capability assessment and development.  In each of these areas, there has been a need to explore current mental models, thinking habits and behaviours, helping each member of the team to address their own areas of weakness, built around becoming more brain-savvy and systems-savvy about each of the capabilities-in-focus.
