Tim has a proven ability for delivering strategy and performance measurement projects at an industry, cross-sectorial, enterprise and team level. He is skilled at aligning strategy development with an organisation’s risk management and organisational development processes.
Tim has extensive experience in developing and administering organisational cultural climate surveys and using the results to facilitate organisational change, innovation and performance improvement. Tim is passionate about organisational systems that support wellbeing in the workplace, employee engagement and ‘intrapreneurship’.
Tim has significant experience developing policy and strategy for public sector organisations ranging across industry, environment and social policy. His particular focus has been policy coordination and integration, regional industry development and organisational performance management.
Tim has a B.A. Business (Hons) from London South Bank University and an MSc Computer Science from University College London. He is a National Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration Australia and is a graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors, the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators (Australia).
